Dr. Barreau is a medical oncologist, entrepreneur, and investor. He completed his medical training at the University of Cincinnati in Hematology-Oncology. He co-founded and led the TriHealth Cancer & Blood Institute, where he developed state-of-the-art cancer treatment centers focusing on establishing multidisciplinary care systems.

He co-founded technology companies Doc Halo, the first secure messaging platform for physicians replacing pagers throughout the country, and Halo Health, the first Clinical Collaboration Platform, a best-in KLAS technology deployed in some of the largest health systems in the world.

After Halo Health was acquired in 2021, he co-founded Oncoled Ventures to invest and work with the most promising entrepreneurs and companies focused on preventing and treating cancer and providing practicing physicians a vehicle to become involved with entrepreneurs.

He has won multiple awards in medicine and business, and his passion is working with like-minded entrepreneurs to understand the root cause of healthcare problems and building solutions to improve them.
